Extra Information

There are many grades of stainless steel. The points to consider when choosing the most appropriate grade are corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, operating conditions and temperature. Type 304 and 316 listed below are two of the most popular grades.

Type 304. This is an austenitic, non magnetic, economical grade of stainless steel which will not rust under normal conditions . It is an 18/8 stainless steel, therefore 18% chromium and 8% nickel.
Type 316. This is similar to type 304 but with the addition of molybdenum. Giving it a significantly higher corrosion resistance.

When cutting grilles to size the maximum number of pieces is 6 per item, please call if you require more, offcuts are not included.

When calculating the size of grille you require please add approx 15mm minimum to your aperture size on all sides to enable fixing behind a recess. Please remember to divide up your grille if spanning a number of openings as this may lower the price.

Delivery
We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days but it is sometimes dependant on stock being available. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays ) using a national courier and are not timed unless specially requested. Items must be signed for therefore if there is no reply when delivering a card will be left asking you to contact the courier to arrange a convenient re-delivery time or you may collect from their local depot, timed and second deliveries incur an extra charge. Deliveries can also be made to your place of work or a neighbour if you prefer. This address must be placed in delivery address when placing order. You can collect from our factory if you prefer. Please call first to arrange a convenient date
